Oscar Davila is originally from San Antonio, Texas and he graduated from Southwest Texas University. He completed his academic education at the University of California at Santa Cruz majoring in Film and Dramatic Literature. Oscar began his career in hospitality in London’s West End where he met culinary professionals from around the world. He has spent the bulk of his professional career in the San Francisco Bay Area, joining One Market Restaurant in 2001. He has also enjoyed positions at Postrio, La Mar Cebicheria and Cala Restaurant. Oscar shares Sorrel's common goal of providing a memorable and exceptional dining experience for all our guests.
